Equipment Checklist

To be checked every season

1. Soccer Balls: inventory existing/purchase if needed.  Minimum count needed:

  • Size 3 – 200
  • Size 4 – 200
  • Size 5 – 50

2. Inspect goals and sandbags (for safety):

  • Farrell Field
  • Maple Rd
  • Apshawa
  • Echo Lake
  • Nosenzo Pond (CYO)
  • Mt Laurel
  • Dygos – if being used for season
  • Rec Center – for Indoor Soccer Season

3. Check all generator field lights are in working condition and rise to appropriate height

4. Coaches Shirts:  Inventory and order as needed

5. Pinnes: 100 of each color (Red, Yellow, Black, Green).  Inventory and order as needed

6. Referee Equipment:  inventory/order shirts, whistles, stop watches

7. Additional items for coaches bags:

  • Ice Packs
  • Dry Erase clipboards with Dry Erase markers
  • Case of Ice Packs 
  • First Aid Kits (Order 50 to have on hand for emergencies)
  • Pinnies, pack 2 different colors to accommodate 2 scrimmage groups for each team
  • Cone sets

8. Team Shirts:  Inventory existing and place new orders for current season

9. Check-out/Check-in Sheets for equipment distribution and return

10. Mow and Re-stripe all soccer fields prior to first game day
